Kathy grew up just outside of the Washington D.C area. Her family vacationed here at the Delaware shore when she was a child, that’s when her love of the beach, sun, sand and the charm of coastal living won her heart.

As Kathy grew up and spent time on her own here at the shore, she met her husband and settled here. She and her husband have lived in the Bethany Beach area for twenty-four years, and now have two lovely daughters. Her husband enjoys fishing and boating, and Kathy still loves the beach and the summer sun. She’s instilled that love in her children as well.
